Please join us for a screening of this Ken Loach film about a middle aged carpenter who requires state welfare after injuring himself is joined by a single mother in a similar scenario. Follow their struggles with the benefits system in modern day Britain. The film will be followed by a discussion facilitated by The Bugle group from Bethany.
The film is rated 15.
Our Community Cafe will be open from 1.30pm serving lunch for all attendees. The film commences at 2pm.
We're settling in to the Community Space with the help of People Know How and Ocean Terminal. We've started meeting with our Youth Crew - Pick n Mix on a Monday evening between 6 and 8pm. The crew have been asked to perform at a Christmas Concert on 10th December so it's time to start working hard! Thanks to Jules at LGBT Health and Wellbeing for inviting us to perform.
The new start at Ocean Terminal comes with new targets, so bboys Flickstar, Slider and Relentless have started work on a new move - Air Flares...who will get them first? There's everything to play for...
