Re:Connect provides support to people who are considered to be disadvantaged by improving their digital literacy and enabling them to make use of the internet.
The aim of working together is to find ways of reducing social isolation and associated effects such as loss of confidence, loneliness and low self-esteem. We all have knowledge, talents and aims; maybe we can share them with each other…
This project is being developed by everyone who gets involved along with the community organisations People Know How, VIE – Value, Involve, Evolve, and Ragged University. Together we are all thinking about what people can do, what people want to do, and how we can work together to create new opportunities to connect with other people and become less isolated.
