The Scottish Union of Supported Employment is an umbrella organisation for public, private and voluntary bodies interested in supported employment and social inclusion. We believe everyone has the right to work, and to the support they need to get there.
The 'More than the Sum of the Parts' is a lottery funded project currently run by SUSE. It has three objectives:-
1. To support Scottish businesses to employ more disabled people and support disabled employees;
2. To raise business awareness of Supported Employment across Scotland;
3. To encourage disabled people to use a network of peer support during their journey to work and career development.
The Peer Support for Work Network is an opportunity for disabled people or anyone with a long term health condition to meet and talk all things work at one of our hubs or online.
